Guidelines For I PUC Admission 2023

• The Pre- University course consists of two parts languages and core subjects.
• Languages offered are I Language - English (Mandatory) and II Language [optional] - French / Kannada/ Hindi.
• Admission shall be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and performance in the personal interview conducted by the Admission Committee.
• Admission shall be provisional, subject to ratification by the Karnataka Pre- University Board.
• Selected candidates must pay the prescribed course fee within the notified date, failing which the admission shall stand cancelled.
• IGCSE students should submit the approval letter issued by the PU board for the admission.
• Fees paid towards Admission application, registration & Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• The original acknowledgment should be kept safe and brought by the candidate for all further admission procedures

Documents to be produced at the time of Admission:

• Original Transfer Certificate issued by the school last studied with caste (if applicable) mentioned.
• Original Migration Certificate (Applicable for Non-Karnataka students).
• In case of reserved categories – caste certificate and family annual income certificate issued by Tahashildar and authorized by the Government of Karnataka.
• Provisional eligibility certificate to be submitted by the Pre-University Board, Karnataka (Applicable only to IGCSE Board students).
• Aadhar card copy
• Ten copies of passport size photographs (most recent, not older than one month) to be enclosed in an envelope with name & stream mentioned on it.
• In case of Language Exemption , letters from the previous studied school & relevant medical documents to be submitted.
• Along with the original documents 2 sets of photocopies of each document mentioned above must be submitted to the College.
• Original 10th std Marks card should be submitted before 31st August 2023.

Note: The last date to submit the above mentioned documents to the College will be 31st August 2023.
